Perform to Perfection (P2P) Academy
P2P Academy was created with the main goal of developing student athletes into more focused individuals and talented team players. We teach each individual to learn and go beyond what is expected, become a leader, and be positive in life.
Carlos Collins
Carlos Collins is a former student athlete and graduate of the University of Kentucky. After witnessing a number of athletes lose their eligibility due to failing grades and scholarship offers due to low ACT/SAT scores, Carlos founded P2P Academy to aid student athletes in resolving this problem.

The mission of P2P Academy is to turn dreams into reality by helping students prepare themselves academically and physically. For many student athletes today, being prepared both on and off the field is the biggest challenge. We established P2P Academy in an effort to remove any obstacles that might prevent the next generation from succeeding in the classroom or on the playing field.
If you don’t have the grades, you don’t play! If you’re out of shape, you don’t play!
We teach and help our student-athletes develop and build their character so that they can become unique individuals who will be great athletes and leaders of the future. A person with a positive attitude in life will truly stand out from the crowd and overcome all the obstacles and challenges they will face in life. Through P2P Academy, every student athlete will learn how to take hold of their future and “Perform to Perfection!”.
Developing Student Athletes is Our Goal
Our current seniors have an average 3.48 GPA and a 25 ACT.
Since 2012, P2P Academy has helped our student-athletes secure more than $100 million in college scholarships.
P2P Academy puts the needs of the student ahead of the needs of the athlete in order to ensure success in the classroom and on the playing field. In order to achieve these goals, our players' families are reaching out to you to help these student athletes reach their full potential in academics and athletics.

The main objective of the 7-on-7 program is to give these students the chance to receive a college scholarship for their academic or athletic abilities. With our help, our student-athletes have been awarded more than $200 million in academic and athletic scholarships.

More than 85% of the players will need financial assistance to pay the fees to participate in the program.
